For businesses with recorded calls
License your recorded phone calls
AI developers need real conversations between staff and customers. If your business records its calls, you can license a de-identified copy and keep running exactly as you do today. Your company stays anonymous to buyers, and you sign before anything is shared.
What fits
What we are looking for
Real calls with customers
Sales, service, scheduling, dispatch and support calls between your staff and the people they serve. Call centers, home services, logistics, property management and sales teams all fit.
A recording notice on the line
Callers heard that the call may be recorded. If only some lines play it, tell us which; we only take calls from those.
Calls your business owns
Your own conversations with your own customers. Calls recorded on behalf of a client belong to that client.
Volume and history
A few hundred hours or more, ideally over several years. Transcripts help but are not required.
